U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told reporters he has seen "raw data" indicating the chemical weapon was used in recent attacks

Gee-whiz Kerry. Thanks for this shocking and completely new information! We shall ignore it as we have with much worse regime crimes. 

On a more serious note, this will no doubt change anything, as there has been evidence of chlorine use since before the Ghouta attacks.
